Grant assistance under the "Emergency Recovery Program" from the Government of Japan through the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA)

Come backOn May 16, 2024 the two types of filters for the gas chromatograph Shimadzu Nexis GC 20-30: Shimadzu Combi Filter (Hydrocarbon/Moisture) and Shimadzu Triple Filter were installed in the Laboratory of Qualitative Indicators of Plant Varieties of the Ukrainian Institute for Plant Variety Examination (UIPVE). These parts for gas chromatograph were received under Japanese Grant Assistance “The Programme for Emergency Recovery” by support of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine.
The Laboratory of Qualitative Indicators of Plant Varieties of UIPVE is preparing for analyzing grain yield of winter rapeseed varieties with the aim of determination of oil composition content within the qualification examination for testing the value for cultivation or use (VCU). This studying allows to find out the further purpose of use according to the percentage of erucic acid. The chromatographic analysis of oil composition content is sunflower seeds is being planned this autumn.
